For the BOAT

 

If it is NEW when the policy is taken out:

 

  • In the event of Total Loss or Total Theft, repayment of AGREED VALUATION for 3 years
  • REPLACEMENT VALUE for sails and rigging, including the mast, for 3 years

 

Whatever its age:

 

  • Partial Theft of Navigation Equipment without limit to the amount (within the limit of the insured value)
  • Damage while sailing, stay afloat or ashore, during land transport Personal effects covered up to 7,600 €
  • Salvage and scrap value of the boat up to its insured value
  • Wreck removal expenses covered up to 50,000 €
  • Franchise BONUS
  • Agreed valuation, granted FREE OF CHARGE, for boats over 3 years old (on appraisal)

 

On request:

 

  • War risks
  • Machine breakage for inboard motors with line shaft or out board

 

For the CREW

 

  • Court fees as a defendant or on Appeal: up to 10,000 €
  • Sea Search costs: up to 6,000 €

 

On request:

 

  • Reimbursement of Costs of Salvage and Repatriation of crew members following a covered event occurring more than 100 miles from the port of registry, up to a limit of 1,250 € per year of insurance
  • Individual Sailor
  • Legal Protection for Boating (CFDP policy)

 

DAMAGE caused to THIRD PARTIES

 

  • Personal Injury, including Personal Injury with respect to injury third parties and water skiers cause each other while water skiing
  • Consequential Pecuniary and Non-pecuniary damage
  • Pollution caused by the boat: 10 000 €
